Green to Scale is a series of analysis projects that have highlighted the potential of scaling up existing climate solutions. Nordic Green to Scale zooms in on selected countries, analysing the potential of scaling up existing climate solutions in two regions: in Europe, it’s the Baltic countries, Poland and Ukraine; in East Africa – Kenya and Ethiopia. For both groups, ten different solutions particularly promising for the region have been selected. The results of the analysis for Latvia were presented on 30 May. The event focused on reflecting the key findings of the analysis onto local conditions in Latvia, discussing the analysis-based policy recommendations and looking at potential investment and business opportunities that might arise from scaling up effective low-carbon solutions in Latvia.
