The festival will bring together 16 internationally acclaimed poets from around the world, offering a rich and diverse programme of contemporary poetry events.

The festival will officially open on 23 April at 18:00 at Riga Art Space, where all participating poets will be present. On April 24 and 25, poetry readings will take place at the Small Hall of the Splendid Palace Cinema.

On April 25 at 4 p.m., all poets will be taking part in a public roundtable discussion moderated by poet and architect Efe Dujan sharing ideas in a free atmosphere about entropy and poetry. Everyone interested is welcome to attend. Duration: 1.5 hour.

The festival will conclude with a grand poetry concert on 26 April at 19:00 in the Large Hall of Splendid Palace, where all festival participants will perform alongside a contemporary jazz ensemble. All festival events are free of charge. However, to attend the poetry readings and the final poetry concert at Splendid Palace, free invitations are required. These can be obtained through the Biļešu paradīze ticket distribution network or online: https://www.bilesuparadize.lv/lv/organizer/1421/

In addition to the public programme, festival poets will also visit schools in Riga, participate in discussions and engage in a range of other events throughout the city.

As part of the festival, a poetry anthology will be published, featuring original works by all participating poets along with their translations into Latvian.
