On 1 April 2019, the Nordic Council of Ministers opened a new round of applications for funding for the programme for NGOs in the Baltic Sea Region. The overall objective of the programme is to promote co-operation between Nordic, Baltic, Polish, Belarusian and Russian NGOs to underline the key role that NGOs play in building networks and cross-border co-operation in the Baltic Sea Region. Focus areas are social & health, children & youth, education, culture, gender and environment. The application process is electronically and in English.

    Application deadline 20 May 2019.

The programme has existed since 2006, and NGOs are invited to apply for funding from the programme for international co-operation projects.
