The Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Latvia in collaboration with Nordic Culture Point arranged an information seminar about the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture on 14th September from 16:00 to 18:00 at Birojnīca, Bergs Bazaār, Riga. During the seminar the programme and its funding possibilities was presented and artists who have received funding shared their experiences.
