The overall objective of the project is to reduce CO2 emissions of organized youth events in Latvia, Belarus and Denmark by increasing public awareness on global climate change impact. The project partners will seek public acceptance for necessary measures in the field of energy efficiency and increase of renewable energy use, by developing guidelines on organizing low carbon events and applying these guidelines in practice. In addition promotion of the Nordic-Baltic-Belarus cooperation by transferring Nordic experiences to Belarus and the Baltic countries in the fields of Low Carbon concept and approach, CO2 emission reduction and climate change reduction.Â
