The Nordic Council of Ministers´ Office in Latvia is seeking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator / Cashier to work at the reception, be responsible for the administrative issues of the office, cash desk, archive and other secretarial assignments. You should be knowledgeable about the Nordic countries and Nordic cooperation. We expect you to start work ASAP.
You should possess:
*higher education (in the field of administration, management or philology)
*at least 1-year work experience in the relevant field
*excellent management skills
*ability and wish to work hard
*knowledge of Latvian, Russian, English and at least one of the Nordic languages
*be independent, responsible, flexible with work capacity and good working discipline
