Do you want to have a summer job in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweden?
The Nordic exchange programme Nordjobb, co-financed by the Nordic Council of Ministers, now offers young people in EU countries a summer job, accommodation and a culture- and leisure program.
As of year 2010, Nordjobb offers work opportunities to both Nordic and EU citizens.
If you are:
- a citizen of an EU-country
- 18-28 y.o. (born between 1 January 1982 and 1 July 1992)
- fairly fluent in one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian or Swedish,

Nordjobb database currently contains 750 vacancies for seasonal jobs in Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweden, as well as the autonomous regions of Åland, Faroe Islands and Greenland.
The job vacancies are mainly concentrated in the following fields: gardening, agriculture, hospitality service and restaurants, elderly care and childcare. Work experience or professional education are not required.
NB!!! Although Nordjobb assists with job seeking and accommodation, applicants must cover travel expenses and pay accommodation rent.
Since 1985, when the program was founded, Nordjobb has provided 15 000 youngsters from all the Nordic countries with crucial life experience and indelible memories while working in their neighbouring countries. By expanding the Nordjobb exchange program, the Nordic countries aim to acquire additional visibility and to become more attractive as a region to the future professionals of the global community.
