The Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Latvia represents the official Nordic cooperation in Latvia.
Since its establishment in 1991 the office has carried out wide-ranging cooperation projects and support programs. Openness to new thoughts, ideas and partnerships are the cornerstones of Nordic cooperation, so we have decided to depict our 30th anniversary with a series of human-interest stories titled "The Compass Always Points North".
