World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health. On 10 October, 2020, you are welcome to participate in an online conference "Relationship- pillar of mental health". The aim of this event is to highlight approaches and actions to strengthen and improve relationships. The quality of our relationships underpins our quality of life and mental health. However, we are not born with enough knowledge and skills to maintain the quality of relationships, we acquire them and improve them through social learning.
The conference is organized by the movement "Easy to be together" (Viegli būt kopā) lead by clinical psychologist Kristine Balode and entrepreneur and relationship researcher Anna Andersone.
