On September 8, at the Latvian National Library is an opportunity to meet Swedish writer and illustrator Jacob Wegeliuss. In 2015 he was awarded the Nordic Council Children and Young People's Literature Prize for the novel “The Murderer's Ape”, which has also been translated into Latvian by Rute Lediņa, published in printing house Zvaigzne ABC.
The event is organized by Latvian National Library in cooperation with the printing house Zvaigzne ABC, the Swedish Embassy in Latvia and the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Latvia.
