Comics are a very popular form of art in Finland. Almost one million Finns read comics every day; it has become a tradition and an inseparable part of their lives. On February 22, 2005 comics for young people and adults will be displayed in Riga and the most popular Finnish creators of comics Kati Kovács and Timo Mäkelä will tell about their work.
The exhibition is open from February 22 until March 13, 2005, in Riga, Gallery "Bastejs" (Basteja Boulevard 12). Free entrance.
