The Nordic Council of Ministers has launched a new Nordic branding video to promote the Nordic countries. This short clip highlights the region’s values and the importance of cooperation with the aim to inspire viewers through showcasing the Nordic vision 2030 – to become the most sustainable and integrated region in the world, and includes three strategic areas – a green, competitive and socially sustainable Nordic region.

“The Nordics, a place to belong and to thrive. We are different but also alike. Above all – we are united on a common journey to be the most sustainable and integrated region in the world by 2030. We do this by helping to generate new business in the public and private sectors while safeguarding our innovative power, and the region’s competitiveness. Raise your hand, be heard.

Trust is the foundation of what we do each day. We encourage people to capitalize on our state-of-the-art innovation, research and science for a sustainable future. We aspire to make the circular economy a future from the Nordics. It is all about how we get from A to B, the energy we produce, what we eat and how we live. Robust and sustainable growth, equality, economy and welfare enable us to secure jobs and financial dynamics, giving us the scope to act when a crisis arises.

We strive to lead the way toward the ever-more human-centric and responsible use of data and technology, while enhancing our competitiveness. We share stories and cultures. In the Nordics, soft power is our superpower. Nordic leadership is based on openness, integrity and the ability to combine economic growth with stable democracies. Together we stand stronger for a better tomorrow.”

The video is available in English and Norwegian.
