A core function of the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Office in Latvia is to serve as a bridge-builder between Nordic and Latvian partners in a wide range of topical cooperation fields. A central tool is networking with knowledgeable, experienced and creative partners in the Nordic countries and Latvia.
